CateringThere are two choices for a banquet. You may choose either one line of meat or two lines of meat. (A Vegetarian menu is available upon request).

Dinnerware

Standard service - All meals served on divided Styrofoam plates. Styrofoam cups, plastic glasses, plastic flatware and paper napkins are included.

Dinnerware china and glass - add $5 per guest.
Tablecloths - Plastic $3 each or Linen $7 each

Serving Time

catering setupOne hour of serving time is included for each 100 guests - up to 3 hours. After which an additional $100 fee is charged. This price also includes set-up and take down of buffet table. Any additional set-up and clean-up will be charged accordingly. (Setting tables for guests, or cleanup of these tables after meal).
